Janice & Ky are Livermore High School sweethearts and have been married for 50 years. They have successfully raised four glorious children. Andrea Marino Bodin is partnered in real estate with Janice and Ky. Marianne Thomas lives in San Francisco. Son, Stephen, is a California State Fish and Game Warden. Susie Marino Reed lives in Livermore and is the Director of Public Relations for the Tri-Valley Citizens Bureau.
Janice has long years of experience, licensed since 1984. Husband, Ky, joined her in 1994. Realtors know amongst themselves who is good and who is not good. Janice & Ky are well respected in the real estate community and are especially proud of the image they have with their peers.
Ky is related to the Livermore city founder, Robert Livermore. His grandmother was Alice Livermore who was married to Nick Livermore, nephew to Robert Livermore. His aunt Theresa Livermore (half sister to Ky's mother) lived at the Livermore ranch home next to the Target Mall.
Also, family grass roots are firmly planted in Pleasanton, where Ky's grandfather owned Marino's Blacksmith Shop on Main Street where the bank is now located.
Our family has resided in Sunol for 45 years, and it's OK if you've never heard of Sunol. It's a tiny little town between Pleasanton and Fremont.
For pleasure, we try to spend as much time as we can at our ranch in Livermore, riding ATVs, fishing the ponds, and Janice cooking gourmet meals for family and friends. |
